Service: Quality jointing. Wide ranging service including oils, fuels, gases, water, low pressure steam, and most mild acids and alkalis.

Construction: Compressed fibre jointing. Aramid and mineral fibres, with high quality NBR binder.    Sheet Size: 1.5m x 2m   Thickness 0.4 to 3mm

Graftec

Service: Superior jointing with good sealing characteristics, even under low surface stress. Excellent recovery. Extensive chemical resistance.

Construction: Blend of Graphite and Polyamide fibres with synthetic rubber and binding agents. Non-stick coating as standard.

Pilotflon          Reinforced PTFE Sheet Jointing

Formulated to provide the excellent chemical resistance of conventional PTFE combined with superior sealing performance and improved creep resistance. Chemical, paper & food.

Mule 166 - Oil Jointing

Service: General purpose gasket material for lubricating oils and solvents. High flexibility and compressibility. Particularly suitable for oil sumps and gearbox covers.

Construction: Cellulose fibre, with an oil resistant binder.

Pilot Flangeseal 3425

Service: Chemical tanks and pipelines. Glass lined and plastic flanges, pump and compressor flanges, rough or uneven surfaces, fume ducts. Low bolt load flanges. All chemicals except fluorine and molten alkali metals

Construction: Rectangular extruded pure PTFE gasket material, adhesive backed.
