Cut Gaskets Specialised Materials supplies
a range of cut gaskets and shapes from a myriad of materials to suit a
broad application base. Standard
Gaskets: Gaskets can be supplied cut using conventional methods. Intricate Shapes: Where expensive tooling is required using conventional methods, gaskets can be cut utilising the most advance technology in CAD/CAM Waterjet Profiling to provide the customer with high quality products at competitive prices.
PTFE and Crossflon - Materials and Components PTFE and Crossflon
are offered in a range of custom made and standard materials and
components. As well as unfilled PTFE, we offer an extensive range of
Crossflon compounds, including carbon, graphite, bronze, molybdenum
disulphide, polyimide, glass and ceramic filler materials. Applications include: Moulded and machined parts, valve components, piston and wear rings, chemical industry components, bearings, linear motion bearings, expansion bearings, cam follower bearings; an endless variety of industrial components, supplied in small or large volume.
Spiral Wound and Metal Jacketed Gaskets Corruflex
Spiral Wound Gaskets - Arduous sealing conditions. Manufactured from
materials to meet the requirements of API 601. Suitable for use with a
wide range of media, such as steam, water, oil, solvents and most
chemicals. ANSI, BS, DIN Stds. Type
CR - Outer (Centering) ring. Type CR/IR - Outer (Centering) ring and inner ring. Type S - For spigot and recess flanges. Also available
Specialised Materials supplies
a range of conductive Dual Elastomers and Metal Composite Elastomers,
specifically designed for EMI/RFI shielding, grounding, electrostatic
discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic pulse (EMP). Applications
include: Sealing electronic enclosures; computers, automotive,
telecommunications, medical diagnostics, industrial controls and
instrumentation. Product forms: Gaskets, seals, o-rings, grounding pads, die-cuts, I/O interface gaskets.

Copper: Supplied in strip form "fingers". In conventional form
